Long-term cultural partnerships for Western Balkans- Europe dialogue
L’objectif global du projet « Partenariats culturels à long terme pour le dialogue Balkans occidentaux-Europe – Culture.EUBalkans » est de favoriser un dialogue artistique entre l’UE et les partenaires des Balkans occidentaux afin de proposer une programmation culturelle accessible, innovante et fondée sur une coopération transfrontalière significative. Adoptant une approche transdisciplinaire, Culture.EUBalkans renforcera la circulation des artistes, de leurs pratiques et de la création transnationale, tant au sein des Balkans occidentaux qu’entre cette région, l’UE et le reste du monde.
