Keychange est un mouvement reconnu pour son engagement en faveur de l'égalité des genres dans l'industrie musicale. Il vise à approfondir et à élargir les connaissances sur l'équité, la diversité, l'inclusion et l'accès (EDIA) et à renforcer sa position de mouvement intersectionnel mondial pour le changement.KL propose un programme de formation destiné aux artistes et innovateurs talentueux et sous-représentés, femmes ou personnes de genre non binaire, qui rencontrent des obstacles professionnels en raison de leur identité (40 participants sur 2 ans environ).
