HARK! vise à transformer la manière dont les enfants et les jeunes reçoivent et vivent la musique en direct en Europe, en leur garantissant l'accès à des spectacles de qualité, inclusifs, éducatifs et riches en émotions. Pour ce faire, le projet renforce les capacités des professionnels de la musique pour jeunes publics (musiciens, producteurs, organisateurs) et des élèves grâce au développement des compétences, à la collaboration internationale et à des outils et pratiques innovants.
