En développant de nouvelles pratiques pour connecter directement l'innovation numérique à la participation citoyenne, DIALOG CITY vise à faciliter l'accès à la culture par une approche dialogique. La co-création est au cœur de notre projet, qui comprend une plateforme d'archives citoyennes pour le secteur du patrimoine culturel et une boîte à outils de conception innovante pour l'alphabétisation du futur.Trois festivals hybrides servent de plateformes culturelles physiques et numériques afin de toucher des publics diversifiés. Un programme de résidence artistique invite les artistes à développer des idées d'interventions urbaines abordant des sujets locaux ou mondiaux d'une grande importance pour la société urbaine concernée, selon une approche participative.
